Outside, you’ll find everything from hiking trails to farm visits- all within easy reach of our Vacation home!

The space

Let me walk you through the villa:

Bedrooms:

• We have 5 spacious bedrooms, 1 Kids bedroom on ground floor, 3 on first floor, and 1 on second floor.
• Wifi, AC, wardrobe, comfortable Double-sized bed are offered in all 4 rooms. 1 Bedroom has 3 single beds ideal for kids or adults as well.
• All rooms have an ensuite bathrooms.

Bathrooms:

• We have 5 attached bathrooms and 1 shared bathroom with living room.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. 1 Bathroom also features a bathtub.
• All bathrooms are well-ventilated via the presence of exhaust fans.

Living & Dining area:

• The villa features a Waterfront view living room.
• This living room with its comfy sofa-style & couch seating can easily accommodate up to 15 people on sofas.
• It is equipped with a 65′ Smart TV and a music system.
• It’s connected with 8 seater Dining section/Bar area which can be used as per preference.
• The living room has 2 air conditioning systems, and also, fans are available.

Lobby Area :

• Entrance from parking with a sofa seating and access to 2 bedrooms
• Stairs up to takes us to 1 bedroom and terrace, stairs down takes us to living room, pool and other sections of the home.

Swimming pool & Outdoor areas :

• Take a relaxing dip in the private pool which is 25 x 15 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth offering Forest, pool and Lake view.
• We have a kids and an adult section in swimming pool.
• The exteriors also feature a 500 sq.ft lush lawn+tiles. Ideal for outdoor activities.
• Property features a 25 ft high waterfall, a huge outdoor swing and a Gazebo overlooking the forest and water pond for instaworthy evenings and late-night conversations.
• We have a lake right in front of the property where bonfire can be arranged, A paddle boat available which can be used at own risk only.

Kitchen & Meals:

• Consumption of Veg & Non veg food is allowed at the property. Trained cook available for the same.
• The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, water purifier, microwave along with cutlery and crockery.
• For meal package – Lunch, Evening tea with snacks (which you can have next to the Water Pond), dinner, and breakfast can be prepared by cook at additional charges.
• The meals will be prepared at the villa, in the kitchen, and served fresh.
• Kitchen access by guests can only be used for reheating purposes.

Guest access :

You can access the whole villa and its surroundings. Whether it is stepping out for a dip in the pool or taking a walk amongst the lush green farm side roads, you can do it all.

Other things to note :

• Standard Check-in time – 2.00 PM IST and Check-out time – 11.00 AM IST.
• All Adults to carry & show valid ID proof during the Check-in process.
• Only boys group not allowed
• A damage deposit of INR 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
• The Property space will be very clean on your arrival, and we ask that you leave it neat and free of rubbish on your departure; for if a deep cleaning service is required, then an extra fee will be charged.
• Please note that due to the remote locations, the network & internet connectivity is sporadic, especially during monsoons. Kindly check with the property if your network is supported.
• Illegal activities are prohibited in premises by the law.
• To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, Smoking is strictly restricted to outdoor areas like balcony, lawn etc for safety of self and others. 
• Sheesha/hookah not allowed indoors, separate gazebo seating for the same.
• No smoking/drinking/consumption of food near the swimming pool. (in case of spillage of beverages/food in the pool, the cost of water replacement will have to be paid for by the guest)
• Quiet Hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. All noise levels must be considerate.
