This 3bhk hillside quaint abode is located in kashele, Karjat roughly 2 hours from Mumbai and Pune.

The space

The Villa has 3 cozy bedrooms, a huge grass lawn, multiple terrace areas, a Gazebo sit-out area.

BEDROOM:

• • The villa comprises 3 bedrooms. 1 Bedroom on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms on the first floor.

• • Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms

• • Wardrobes are available.

LIVING AREA:

• • The villa has 1 living room on the ground floor with wide openings and connects to the dining area, kitchen, attic space and 1 bedroom.

• • On the 1st floor, we have a common seating area/lounge with 3 balconies (1 balcony comes with an extra dining space) where you enjoy spending time with friends and loved ones.

• • It is well-lit and tastefully furnished.

BATHROOM:

• • The villa has 4 bathrooms. 2 Bathrooms en-suite, and 2 common bathrooms.

• • 1st and 2nd Bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, 3rd Bedroom has a bathroom attached next to the room.

• • All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Food: We have a tie-up with a homemade food kitchen which specialises in veg and non-veg food For ( lunch + hi-tea + dinner + breakfast) = 1000/- per person. Healthy choices of materials and tasty dishes are the kitchen offerings For food the kitchen requires minimum 24 hours prior intimation

Guest access

You can access the whole villa and its surroundings. Whether it is stepping out for a hike for sunset on the hill near the villa or river rafting near karjat, you can do it all.

Other things to note

• • We love nature as you do. We understand the responsibility of keeping it the same.

• • Smoking is restricted to Balcony and outdoor spaces.

• • Stags/solo groups not allowed

• • We have Inverter placed at the property in case of power cuts, which ideally gives 3-4 hours backup.

Please treat the house as your own and take care of everything as it is the labor of our love.
