THE SPACE
This property has 5 cozy bedrooms, a private outdoor pool, surrounded by 3 ACRE organic farm, a private riverfront, a sit-out with bonfire, and an option to barbeque.

• The property comprises of 5 AC bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor, 2 in the outhouse and 1 on the first floor overlooking the bhogawati river.
• There are 5 bathrooms attached to the bedrooms.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms
• Wardrobes are available.

Living area:

• It’s located on the ground floor with high ceiling wide openings and connects to the dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and pool.
• It is well-lit, ventilated, and tastefully furnished.
• There is an 8-seater indoor dining table to savor mouth-watering dishes.

Swimming Pool:

• The Property has a private swimming pool.
• The pool is 4.50 ft. deep.
• Children must always be supervised by adults in the pool.
• There is a sit out next to the pool to laze around and outdoor furniture to have drinks and food with your loved ones

Guest Access:
You can access all areas of the house from the farm to the river, whether it’s relaxing at the pool or setting up the bonfire, and do take out some time to visit the farms and settle near the river sipping hot beverages 🙂
