• The villa comprises 4 bedrooms.
• First bedroom on ground floor, rest three bedrooms on first floor.
• There are 3 bathrooms attached with the bedrooms, and 1 common.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms
• Wardrobes are available.

Living area:

• The villa has 1 living room, located on the ground floor connecting the dining section and private pool.
• It is well-lit and tastefully furnished.
• We have a 6-seater indoor dining table with a pool view.

Bathrooms:

• The villa has 3 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom attached to the living-dining area.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Swimming Pool:

• The villa has an outdoor private pool with a waterfall.
• The pool is 4.5 ft. deep. Sizing 18 ft by 12 ft.
• Children must always be supervised by adults in the pool.
• There is a sit out next to the pool to laze around and outdoor patio furniture.

Food:

We have a Kitchen separate from the property taking into consideration of your privacy, which offers you a meal package at Rs. 1000/- person for lunch after your check-in, evening tea with snacks (which you can have next to the pool), dinner and breakfast before you check out.

The food is made with fresh groceries fetched from the local market and made fresh in front of you. (We have a kitchenette space for guests for heating/reheating)

Security:

On-site caretaker, in a secured gated community and CCTV at outdoor areas
