The space

Walk into the ample parking space, which accommodates up to 5 cars. You will be received by Brandy, our pet dog – who will show you our 7000 square feet lawn. Entering the bungalow the double ceiling hall has a custom made chandelier. On the left is the Kitchen and the dining space connecting to the swimming pool.Two bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor. We have a desk and wifi too if your boss calls you during your vacation.The terrace on the first floor looks at the hills and green trees, a perfect place to have your breakfast.

Let me walk you through the villa:

Bedrooms:

• The villa has 5 AC bedrooms and can accommodate up to 30 people.
• Wardrobes, fresh linens, and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• Here, 3 bedrooms have a queen bed. Extra mattresses can be provided on request.

Living Room:

• The spacious AC living area is located on the ground floor and can seat 10-15 people.
• It features a 5 seater sofa & a lounger and an 8 seater dining table.
• A private bar counter is adjacent to the living room.

Bathrooms:

• The villa has 3 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom.
• Basic toiletries are provided.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Kitchen & Meals:

• Consumption of Veg & Non veg food is allowed at the property. Preparation of non veg is not allowed, multiple restaurants and dhabas deliver non veg meals at the property caretaker and helper will be at your service.
• The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, water purifier, and microwave.
• For meal package – Lunch, Evening tea with snacks (which you can have next to the bonfire), dinner, and breakfast can be prepared by cook at additional charges.
• Veg meals can be prepared at the villa, in an outdoor kitchen, and served fresh.

Pool:

• The villa has a private swimming pool.
• Pool size: 32ft x 13ft with a depth of 4.6ft, and can easily accommodate 10-15 people.

Other Areas:

• Enjoy gorgeous evenings from the terrace and indulge yourself with a few drinks at the bar area inside the home.
• CCTV located in indoor and outdoor common areas for safety and security.
• One private terrace with a seating area for late-night conversations and early morning breakfast.
• The villa has a 7000sft huge lawn for weddings, events, and celebrations.
