Leisurely Palacio 16th is a 350 year (16th century) colonial mansion which is a fine example of the confluence of 2 cultures, Portuguese colonisation and a more subtle lineage of its Hindu past.

Restored in 2018 it has all modern comforts while its character is timeless.
We give great attention to detail and treat our guests with utmost reverence.

It is one of the few grand houses surviving today with all the modern amenities in our rooms yet its character remains timeless.

House Rules

Property spaces in the description will be given to guest only as it’s a heritage home, guests are requested to be mindful of the property spaces.
• Checkin time is at 2:00 pm
• Checkout at 10:00 am
• Extension on pro-rata basis
• No outside food or beverages allowed
• Meals can be arranged at Rs 1500 per head(1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert)
• Beverages extra according to the applicable rates
• All room payments are to be collected prior to checkin
• Loss or breakage of any property equipment will be charged accordingly
• Only guests staying at the property will be allowed in the rooms.
• No smoking is allowed in the rooms/indoors.
• Villa is pet friendly.
• Early checkin is subject to availability and will be charged a full day charge of the contracted rate before 3:00 am (of the date of checkin) and 50% of the contracted room rate after 3:00 am
• Late checkout after 7:00 pm will be charged at 100% of the room rate(of the date of checkin)
• Sound restrictions for outdoor events after till 10:00 pm
• All other special areas like Banquet Hall, main Lawns, indoor courtyard , pool deck are have to be specifically booked incase of an event.
