The property consists of 8 Bedrooms with en-suite washrooms, 3 Private pools ( 1 adult pool, 1 kids pool and 1 infinity heated pool ), a theatre room, and In-house kitchen team and cleaning staff at your service.

BEDROOMS:

• The villa comprises 8 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and private balconies attached to each room. 
• First four bedrooms are on the first floor, and the remaining four bedrooms are on the second floor.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.

LIVING AREA:

• The villa has 2 living rooms, and 1 Lobby at entrance, one living room on first floor and second living room on terrace ( third floor )
• It is well-lit and tastefully furnished

BATHROOM:

• The Villa has 10 bathrooms. 8 Bathrooms en-suite, and 2 common bathrooms near swimming pools.
• Fresh towels and toiletries are provided in all bathrooms.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

FOOD:

• We have an In – house kitchen team who can prepare all cuisines and buffet menu as well on additional charges. 
• Each floor has a pantry space equipped with a refrigerator, Basic utensils, Induction stove, crockery, and Kettle.

RECREATIONAL SPACES:

• Property has 3 swimming pools, 1 adults and 1 kids swimming pool on the ground floor, and 1 Infinity heated pool on the terrace.
• We have a theatre room with 16 sofa seating capacity, if additional guests it can be converted with beddings & chair seating for movies, game nights etc.
• We have an open terrace space which can be used as an outdoor dining setup for large family gatherings and celebrations.

Other things to note:

• Standard check-in – 2.00pm and Check-out time 11.00am
• On check-in 10000/- security deposit will be collected and returned at checkout subject to availability – Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
• There are CCTV cameras that capture all the outdoor common areas like entrance and around the property for security purposes.
• The caretaker and staff stay on the premises of the same property.
• Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. Smoking indoors is not permitted.
• The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
• The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
• Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
• All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
• All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
• Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
• Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
• Only boys group not allowed
• Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
