BEDROOM: 

• There are 4 AC bedrooms with attached bathrooms.
• In Layout, 1 Bedroom on ground floor, 2 bedrooms on first floor and 1 bedroom in basements
• Fresh linen, pillows and quilts are provided in wardrobes, in all bedrooms.

LIVING AREA:

• The villa has 1 living room on the ground floor with an opening to the dining area with pantry space.
• Living room comes with 5 seater sofa, coffee table,TV and a powder room.
• We have a lounge area on first floor, with 12 seater sofa and a powder room.
• It is well-lit and tastefully furnished.

BATHROOM:

• The Villa has 4 bathrooms, all 4 Bathrooms en-suite, and 2 powder rooms extra available.
• Fresh towels are provided in all bathrooms.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

COMMON AREAS:

• There are 2 driveways and entrances to the property, where 4 cars can be parked
• The living room, we have a 6 seater dining table along with a kitchen.
• The villa has 1 basement, one equipped with a Table Tennis and another with a Poker table. ( only 1 area can be selected, rest will be closed )
• The basement has one bedroom attached.
• There is a massive swimming pool of 14 ft. x 28 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
• Beside the swimming pool, an artificial lawn is placed with outdoor seating arrangements.
• There is a terrace space with a covered shed, it comes with a 9 seater patio seating arrangement.

FOOD:

• The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, basic utensils, gas stove, crockery, water purifier, and microwave.
• Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is strictly not allowed.
• For meal packages – Lunch, dinner, and breakfast can be outsourced by nearby restaurants/kitchen at additional charges.
• Zomato & Swiggy Delivery is also available at this location.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

• Total 4 cars can be parked in the driveway.
• The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, separate caretaker room.
• WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
• Mobile networks such as Jio/Vi/Airtel work fairly well here.
• We have inverter placed at the property, in case of power failure.
• Pool timings 8.00 AM to 9.00 PM
• This listing gives access to 4 bedrooms,Guest have an option to book 8 rooms option as well( tariff will be different ), kindly get in touch with the sales team.

HOUSE RULES

• Standard Check-in time – 2.00PM IST and Check-out time – 11.00AM IST.
• Vegetarian food consumption only allowed at the premises. Non-veg food strictly not allowed, if any violation guest will be asked to leave the premises without any refund.
• Stag groups strictly not allowed at the premises.
• All Adults to carry & show valid ID proof during Check-in process.
• A damage deposit of INR 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
• The Property space will be very clean on your arrival, and we ask that you leave it neat and free of rubbish on your departure; for if a deep cleaning service is required, then an extra fee will be charged.
• Please note the consumption of Alcohol across the state of Maharashtra is allowed only to permit holders. In case of any checking, if any guest is found consuming alcohol without a permit the legal responsibility & consequences of the same will be entirely with the guest.
• Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
• Pool access and Loud music is not permitted beyond 9 pm.
• To maintain a fresh and healthy environment, Smoking is strictly restricted to outdoor areas like balcony, lawn etc for safety of self and others. Sheesha/hookah usage strictly only on terrace area.
• Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics, gambling, carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
• Guests are not allowed to bring own cook/maharaj at the property.
• No smoking/drinking/consumption of food near the swimming pool. (in case of spillage of beverages/food in the pool, the cost of water replacement will have to be paid for by the guest)
• During stay any upholstery/bedsheet is damaged or contaminated then cost of replacement of the same will have to be paid prior to check out.
• Quiet Hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. All noise levels must be considerate.
• Indoor smoking/Item Misuse/Puking or any such incident shall attract Rs 1000/- penalty or as per actuals towards staff/replacement.
• Inappropriate behaviour or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave without any refund.
