The complete premise consists of 3 villas identical and layout, different in furnishing as tagged in the pictures, so total guests will have 12 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 3 private infinity pools spaces to themselves
Each Villa has 4 cozy bedrooms, Garden view living room adjacent to 6 seater Dining area, Private infinity swimming pool, and a Swing sit-out area.

BEDROOM:
– Each villa comprises 4 bedrooms. First bedroom on Ground floor, Second & third bedroom on first floor, and Fourth bedroom on basement level.
– Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms

LIVING AREA:
– Each villa has 1 living room on the ground floor with an opening to the dining area with pantry space, and First Bedroom.
– It is well-lit and tastefully furnished.

BATHROOM:
– Each Villa has 4 bathrooms. 3 Bathrooms en-suite, and 1 common bathroom.
– Fresh towels and toiletries are provided in all bathrooms
– All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

BASEMENT:
– Each property has a basement space for recreation like board/indoor games, basement amenities will differ from each villa like 2 villas have table tennis, one has a Tv setup with seating in basement

Food:
– Each kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, Basic utensils, Induction stove, crockery, water purifier, and microwave only for reheating or for quick snacks.
– For meal packages – Lunch, dinner, and breakfast can be outsourced by nearby caterer/kitchen at additional charges. Zomato Delivery is also available.

Note: Full Cooking is not allowed at this property.
Guests must climb down 15-20 steps to access the property.
Street parking spots available beside the property
Pool access through Fourth bedroom on basement through each property upto 9pm
Security Deposit – 5000/- per villa or total 15000/- will be charged at check-in shall be returned back if things in same order
