Welcome to Beach Estate situated on the shores of kihim beach, this house was built with the express intent of experiencing luxurious living nestled amongst the beauty of nature on the coastline. Large living spaces, designed very soulfully open out to undisturbed and expansive views of the beach and the sea. Designed by the renowned Nozer Wadia, this house has influences of Greek architecture with colorful pallets complimenting the vast open spaces.

The space
Words fall short of explaining the aura one is a part of while experiencing only the sound of the waves and the vast green spaces and large swimming pool present at our location. We have designed 4 large rooms for our guests to stay at. Our rooms are very large and hence further compliment the feeling of complete openness. All rooms have large attached bathrooms. Our master bedroom situated on the upper level opens out to a panoramic view of the sea through its large windows and balcony. A large swimming pool beckons guests to just be a part of completely bliss. We have a large living room, an evening cocktail room, and a separate dining room. The house is an 18000 sq ft space situated on a 4-acre plot. All rooms including common areas are air-conditioned.
