We can help you with your stay, food and suggest places to visit around. We can help you with Family gatherings, Corporate Offsite Meetings & Exclusive Events to Intimate weddings with aesthetic homes, unique experiences for our guests with spectacular views.

You can book most of our holiday homes directly through the instant book option on the booking page. For the rest of the homes, send us an inquiry and we will get back to you within 24-hours regarding the same.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, wallets, UPI and more. Alternatively, if you wish to make a direct bank transfer, kindly drop us an email on [email protected] and we can help you do the same.

Yes, you can put a request for an invoice. Kindly reach out to us at [email protected] or contact us at +919870558559 to request an invoice.

We do not accept partial payments unless it’s a long-term booking. Your reservation will only be confirmed once a full prepayment before arrival has been made.

Leisurely charges guest a certain fixed amount for the duration of their stay as a guarantee in case any untoward incident takes place. Guests must pay the security deposit amount at the time of check-in and the caretaker will refund it at check-out.

We send you a confirmation email with the reservation details right after you make your booking.

We love your four-legged friends. Please look for the pet-friendly tag on our property page, some properties may not be equipped to receive love from your pets, yet. Also, where the pets are allowed, prior permission is required and pet fees will be charged. The responsibility of the pet is personal and the guest should make sure that the property is not spoilt by the pet. Any damage caused by the pet will be charged accordingly.

Each property comes with its own set of house rules. We request you to go through it thoroughly before you book your stay. These rules are listed with accommodation details for Guests to learn beforehand. Consider it as a document containing ‘what to do’ and ‘what not to do’ related to the accommodation and your stay. Treat the place like your own.

Yes, our homes are sanitized after each stay, all beddings from sheets to towels are changed after each stay. During a long-term stay, the property will be cleaned once every day until the due check-out day.

Help on your reservations

Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability, the standard check-in time is 2 PM and the standard check-out time is 11 AM. Given the increased need for safety, hygiene, and sanitization required at the villa, and for the safety of our guests and staff, we cannot allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. The check-in and check-out timings mentioned online and in your confirmation email need to be followed.

Availability for extra guests depends on property occupancy capacity and also extra per person charges shall be applicable. In such a situation, please contact us at [email protected] at the earliest.

In such situations, you can schedule a visit with the assigned property manager to collect belongings. If outstation guests, our team can courier the item/items to your address at courier vendor charges bourne by guests.

You can extend your existing booking provided the holiday home doesn’t have any upcoming reservations. Kindly reach out to us and we’ll help you extend the reservation.

The majority of our properties are equipped with a fully functional kitchen. Some properties have only staff access for your safety and they provide meal plans for your stay. Cook can be arranged at certain properties based on availability and 48 hours prior notice. Lastly, some properties also have options for food delivery either from nearby restaurants or delivery service companies like Zomato(based on location).
